'2025 Hanbok Shop' (hereinafter 'Hanbok Shop') is an event hosted by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism and managed by the Korea Craft and Design Foundation. Now in its eighth year, it is Korea's only hanbok expo. Positioned as a multicultural event where visitors can enjoy Korea's unique hanbok through a variety of content, this year's theme, "The Joy of the Four Seasons," explores the beauty and meaning of Korean clothing worn throughout the four seasons.
Among these, Jung Il Woo made a special appearance as a runway model at the successful opening ceremony and hanbok fashion show of 'Hanbok Shop', held at COEX Hall D in Samsung-dong, Gangnam-gu, Seoul on the 7th. Wearing a replica of a Joseon-era garment, Jung Il Woo showcased the beauty of traditional hanbok with his flawless stride as he walked the runway. Jung Il Woo, who has shown off his flawless hanbok style in popular period dramas such as 'The Legend of Iljimae', 'Moon Embracing the Sun', 'Journey of the Night Watchman', and 'The Way to the Throne', further enhanced the charm of hanbok on stage, drawing admiration.
His chemistry with actress and Girls' Generation member Yuri, who also walked the runway with him, also drew attention. The two, who reunited after 'Bossam' and 'Good Job', enriched the stage with their natural and relaxed chemistry.
Meanwhile, Jung Il Woo is making his presence known in a variety of areas, going beyond film and TV to cultural events. He recently made a special appearance in the Korean-Vietnamese co-production 'I'm Going to Abandon My Mother', which was released in Vietnam, garnering a warm response from fans around the world. He will return to the living rooms of TV audiences as the lead character Lee Ji Hyuk in KBS 2TV's new weekend drama 'Gorgeous Days', which premieres on the 9th of this month.
