Samsung Electronics and Netherlands' ASML partner to invest 1 trillion won and establish R&D center in South Korea = South Korean report

Samsung Electronics and Dutch semiconductor manufacturing equipment manufacturer ASML signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) on the 12th (local time) to establish a research and development (R&D) center for next-generation semiconductor manufacturing technology in South Korea.
