Japanese captain arrested for capturing Korean fishing boat operating with EZZ

Japan's Fisheries Agency Kyushu Fisheries Coordination Office has seized a South Korean fishing boat and arrested its captain, Kim, on suspicion of fishing without permission in the country's exclusive economic zone (EEZ).
