Seoul City's transformed water purification tower area to feature large trophy-shaped artwork and gardens (South Korea)

The Songpa district of Seoul has announced that it has renovated the area around the water purification tower in Garak Market, which had been abandoned for 20 years since it ceased operation, into a tree-lined garden.
