Deputy Director Park also said, ``The high seas and Pacific islands outside of Japan's territorial waters
"The Japanese government is collecting samples at points near the country's seas," he said, adding, "We are continuing to discuss and prepare plans for adding (survey fixed points) with the Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries." Ta.
