Tearful funeral for the late Lee Sun Kyun... Actor Kim Eui-sung: ”Rest in a place where there will be no insults or pain.''

After the burial of the late Lee Sung Kyun, actor Kim Whisun expressed his sadness.

At 12:00 p.m. on the 29th, the coffin of the late Lee Sung Kyun was held at the Seoul National University Hospital Funeral Home in Seoul's Chungno District.

On that day, actors Lee Sung-min, Cho Jin-woong, Ryu Seung-ryong, Sol Kyung-gu, Jung Woo-sung, Gong Hyo-jin, Yoo Hye-jin, Kim Nam-gil, Kim Dong-wook, Park Sung-eun, and director Pon Joon-ho joined in to honor the deceased's final moments.

In particular, his wife, actress Jung Hye-jin sobbed with the help of her agency's staff.
After watching over the coffin of the late Lee Sung-kyun, Kim Wi-seong said, "The sky is cloudy as I send you home. My heart is taut with a mixture of anger, despair, regret, and apology, but I leave everything behind and send you off with only sadness," he told the audience.

He continued, "Above all, the fact that I can no longer see you, hear your voice, or share a glass of soju with you makes me despair even more. Take it easy and rest where there are no insults and pain," he added.

The deceased will be cremated in Suwon and laid to rest at Samsung Elysium in Gwangju, Gyeonggi-do.
