結婚移民者のための104の職業訓練…全国の家族センターで支援=韓国
104 vocational training programs for marriage immigrants provided by family centers nationwide (Korea)
South Korea's Ministry of Gender Equality and Family announced on the 11th that it will operate 104 vocational education and training programs at 77 family centers across the country to develop the vocational skills of marriage immigrants seeking employment.
The education and training to be implemented this year will be jointly planned and managed by the Family Center and vocational education and training institutions (such as the management organizations of the centers where women work), and will cover everything from basic education such as language and understanding of workplace culture to the basics.
The Family Center provides support for the entire process, from vocational education and training to employment. It assesses the job readiness and job skills of marriage immigrants, and provides guidance on workplace culture, computer education, and specialized consultations related to careers.
We provide education to improve vocational skills, such as Korean language education. Vocational education and training are areas in which immigrants can take advantage of their strengths, such as bilingual instructors, legal and medical interpreters and translators, and trade clerk courses.
In response to local employment demand, the center will operate courses such as car seat manufacturing specialist courses, historical and cultural storyteller courses, online shopping mall courses, and courses for overseas purchasing agent sales.
After completing education and vocational training courses, we support job hunting and provide individual consultations on difficulties in work life and working conditions after employment in cooperation with local schools, courts, companies, and institutions.
The operation process can be checked on the Ministry of Gender Equality and Family website, and applications can be made on the Family Center website. All courses are free of charge, and a grant to support participation is being made.
Educational activity expenses will also be provided.
