Daegu Mayor Hong Jun-pyo has spoken out against Han Dong-hoon, former head of the People Power Party's emergency response committee, who resigned to take responsibility for the party's crushing defeat in the April 10 general elections, saying, "You should stay away from the party.

It is not just Han Dong-hoon who is the fault of former Chairman Han, but there seems to be no reason why he should not take on the role of the next party leader, as he enjoys overwhelming support from 45% of party members.
