North Korea engages in ”conversational war” every day... ”Possibility of nuclear test” if U.S. pushes ahead with sanctions

North Korea is making statements at all levels every day and is waging a public opinion battle. Kim Un Chol, Vice Minister for US Affairs at the North Korean Ministry of Foreign Affairs, made a statement on the 25th through the state-run Korean Central News Agency, saying,
"If the US pursues new sanctions against North Korea, we will have a new opportunity to adjust and raise the bar on what the US fears most," he said.
"For the past 10 years, the illegal entity that has been monitoring the implementation of UN sanctions resolutions against North Korea is in danger of falling into disrepair," Kim said.
"We are facing a crisis in which the US is desperately trying to fill the gaps in its broken sanctions pressure regime," he said. "We are trying to revive the US sanctions pressure that has been weakened by the Joe Biden administration."
"I can see clearly what they are plotting to blow back," he said. Last month, the UN Security Council vetoed the appointment of a panel of experts under the North Korea Sanctions Committee.
With the deadline set to expire this month without an extension, the US is exploring ways to monitor the implementation of sanctions against North Korea together with Japan, South Korea and other countries.
"In a confrontation with the United States, what we will lose is the chains of sanctions and nuclear threats, and what we will gain is our eternal security and prosperity," he said.
The "new opportunity to adjust the power that the United States fears most" that Kim mentioned refers to North Korea's seventh nuclear test or the launch of an ICBM (intercontinental ballistic missile).
