The report said that a total of $563.7 million (approximately 86.2 billion yen) had been withdrawn from the cryptocurrency, making it the largest outflow in a single day.
According to data from the Bitcoin Exchange Traded Fund (IBIF) of BlackRock, $36.9 million was withdrawn from the fund on the same day, marking the first time that a withdrawal had occurred.

On the same day, FSBTC recorded a net outflow of $191 million. Grayscale Bitcoin Trust (GBTC) also recorded a net outflow of $164 million.
Meanwhile, the cryptocurrency market recently ended a seven-month consecutive uptrend and is currently in a correction phase across the board. Bitcoin prices fell to $1.2 billion on April 1.
It has plummeted by over 16% in a month, while Ethereum has lost 18% in value. Altcoins such as Solana, Dozicoin, and Avalanche have all seen huge declines of around 35-40% in April.
