ADOR, a subsidiary label of HYBE that is currently in conflict with its parent company HYBE, has been revealed to be holding a board meeting on the 10th of this month.
According to the music industry on the 7th, ADOR will hold a board meeting at 9 a.m. on the 10th at a location in Seoul.
The proposal to be submitted to the board of directors was reportedly to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders. On the 30th of last month, the Seoul Western District Court held a hearing for the application for permission to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders, during which the deadline was the 10th of this month.
ADOR's board of directors is comprised of CEO Min, Vice CEO Shin, and Director Kim.
If the decision is made to convene a shareholders' meeting, the earliest date for the ADOR extraordinary shareholders' meeting is expected to be after the 27th of this month. If the ADOR board of directors refuses to convene an extraordinary shareholders' meeting, the court may order the holding of the meeting this month.
It is expected that the company will accept permission to convene an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders on the 13th.
