The representative of ‘FANTASY BOYS’ agency, Kim Kwang Soo POCKETDOL STUDIO, said earlier: ‘If Yoo Jun Won is coming back, we will discuss it with the members. There are legal issues, but we will persuade the production company Funky Studio", and he held out his hand to Yoo Jun Won until the end.
Nevertheless, Yoo Jun Won responded with no answer until the end, and Funky Studio, which judged that he had no intention of returning, filed a lawsuit against Yoo Jun Won for damages of 3 billion won. The first date for argument in the relevant damages lawsuit is scheduled to be held on 27th of next month. Funky Studio clarified its position that such cases should not happen any more in the entertainment industry.
