Park BoGum: ”I'm happy that I'm a good match for Suzy (former Miss A)... We're not actually dating”
Actor Park BoGum expressed satisfaction with the praise he received for his pairing with Suzy (former Miss A). Park BoGum and Suzy, who worked together as MCs for the Baeksang Arts Awards, starred in the film "Wonderland."
They acted together for the first time through the drama. Above all, the atmosphere between the two is so good that it makes you wonder if they are actually dating. Tang Wei also has a relationship with Park BoGum.
He also expressed his hope that Suzy would actually start dating him. In a recent interview at a cafe in Seoul's Jongno district, Park Bo-Gum revealed that he and Suzy are dating.
On that day, Park BoGum said, "I feel so good that people are happy about our pairing. I hope that I can enrich the movie experience a little."
I'm happy that I can help. We are very close, but we're not that close. I hope that words like that don't make things awkward."
She continued, "Usually, I would ask my co-star how she should dress for official occasions. I also asked Suzy after a fitting.
"And when Suzy sent me the photo, we had something in common. At the production presentation, we were surprised at how similar we were," he said, "After that, we listened to each other and tried to match the tone."
Park Bo-Gum also said, "We worked well together as MCs, but since we started acting together, we've been able to share more and deeper stories. I worked with the director on every part of the production from start to finish.
"But that worry turned out to be a meaningful time. We both loved this work and the characters," he said, "It felt good to see that Suzy was enjoying the work, and I enjoyed it too.
If we meet again, I hope to work on a good project together." He also said, "Suzy is an actress with many charms. She is an actress, but when we met as people, she was very friendly and we respected each other.
"I thought he was a good person because he had a caring and considerate attitude," he said. "Later, the director said he wanted to meet Dae-ju and Jeong-in again, and he wanted to turn their friendship into a musical movie.
"We were asked jokingly if we could do it, and we said yes," Park BoGum added. "We wanted to make the relationship and life of 'Taeju' and 'Jeongin' into a concrete story.
"I wanted to try it out, so I took pictures whenever we met," he said, adding, "There are really a lot of photos we took. I'll release them as the movie goes well, so please look forward to it."
Meanwhile, "Wonderland," in which Park BoGum and Suzy appear as lovers, is about reuniting with loved ones through a video chat service called "Wonderland," which uses artificial intelligence to revive the dead.
