“ユ・アインが恐怖感を覚え睡眠麻酔”…主治医、「家族に診療を行わず処方せんをクイック配送」
”Yu A In feels scared and sleeps under anesthesia”... Doctor ”quickly delivers prescription without examining family”
Actor Yu A In's doctor revealed that he had delivered a prescription for sleeping pills to Yu A In through a quick service. On the afternoon of the 18th, at the Seoul Central District Court in Seocho-gu, Seoul,
The 25th Criminal Division held the sixth hearing of Yu A In, who was indicted on charges of violating the Narcotics Control Law (intrinsic narcotics), among other charges.
Yu A In's doctor, Mr. A, was present at the hearing to approve the hearing.
Mr. A explained to Yu A In, who suffered from insomnia, that he gave her sedative anesthesia during the SGB (Stellate Ganglion Block) treatment because, "Some treatments require sedative anesthesia, and some don't.
"It has never been decided that I would give the patient anesthesia, and as I am a doctor in the field of anesthesiology and pain medicine, I thought that the patient needed anesthesia when I performed the procedure," he said.
He continued, "The treatment lasts for 10 seconds, but the changes that occur after the treatment are so intense that it can take up to an hour.
"Yu A In also felt unwell," he said, adding, "She felt fear, was highly sensitive to pain and required anesthesia."
Mr. A also kept Yu A In without meeting her biological father or sister.
Regarding the allegation that he issued prescriptions through the service, he said, "Because it was during the coronavirus pandemic, quick delivery of not only prescriptions but also medicines was temporarily permitted," and "medicine distribution for coronavirus patients and public servants was prohibited.
"I had been in the news about the delivery service, so I didn't think twice about sending my prescription through the quick service," he explained.
"Is it right to deliver it?" she asked. Yu A In did not respond to the witness statements and answered the reporters' questions in silence.
Prior to this, Yu A In was found guilty of using propofol and other drugs 181 times between September 2020 and March last year, and was arrested in 2021.
It is suspected that between May 2017 and August 2018, Yu A In illegally prescribed sleeping pills under other people's names 44 times. After taking over the case from the police in June, the prosecution said that Yu A In had instructed an acquaintance to destroy evidence.
Additionally, additional information was uncovered that the group was forced to smoke marijuana while in the United States.
