[Official] ”EXO-CBX” files lawsuit against SM executives for fraud under the Special Police Act

The group EXO-CBX (Chen, BAEKHYUN, XIUMIN) has filed a lawsuit against SM Entertainment executives for fraud.
On the 26th, an official from the management office INB100 of "EXO-CBX" said, "The members and management office INB100 met at Seongdong, Seoul the day before.
SM Entertainment's chief executive officer Lee Sung-soo and co-president Tak Yeonjun were arrested at the Seongdong Police Station on suspicion of fraud under the Act on Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes (in addition to bribery charges under the Special Police Act).
Prior to this, SM had not paid the 5.5% music distribution commission that it had promised to guarantee, and had filed a lawsuit against EXO-CBX, which had been reduced by 10% from the sales of artists' solo activities.
