The film "Heaven," starring actor Park Jung-pyo, will be screened at the 28th Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFAN).
"Heaven" has been selected for the Korean Fantastic Feature Film category at the 28th Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival, which will open on July 4th.
"Heaven" is a story about twin brothers who are destined to survive unless one of them dies, and how they try to survive among evil people in order to get each other's lives.
Park Jung-pyo plays two identical twin brothers, Il-do and Ido, who have the wrong destiny. Il-do and Ido both have a mutual belief that the other must die in order to survive.
After the two are reunited, Park Jung-pyo portrays the tragic lives of twins who struggle to survive in a dog-eat-dog world.
Park Jung-pyo shared his thoughts, "The director and all the staff worked very hard on this film, but I'm really glad and honored that it will be screened at this year's Film Festival."
He also commented, "It was difficult because we had to shoot in a short period of time, but every moment was like a gift to me."
Park Jung Pyo, who has been active in the home theater, on the big screen, and on stage, and has repeatedly transformed himself, played the role of Young Deul-ri (Dragon Ball) in the TV series "Queen of Tears."
He played Chun-sik, the mascot of the village of Tori, and captured the attention of viewers with his vivid expressions and deep personality as a supporting character, bringing joy and laughter.
He made a special appearance as Bok Ki Joo's (Jang Ki Yong) senior firefighter, Chief Jung, and showed a strong presence with his solid acting skills.
In the popular TV series "Connection" that is currently being broadcast, he plays the role of detective Yoo Kyung-hwan.
Park Jung Pyo, an all-rounder actor who has been active in various genres with his unique and outstanding performances, will be showing his new side in "Heaven".
Expectations are high for his dual acting. "Heaven" will be shown at the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival Korean Fantastic screening schedule on July 8 at 1:30 pm and July 10 at 4:30 pm.
It will be screened at CGV Seopoong 4 theaters at 11:00.
