This time, we start with the scene where Hae-in walks out of the hospital.
She sees Swan and follows him out of the hospital in her examination gown. Hyun-woo runs around to find Hae-in. Kim Soo-hyun films the scene of running around. They finally find each other and hug. The two then go to a restaurant for dinner. The director tells Hyun-woo to be a little gentler, and tells him how to act: "This scene is really sad, but don't make it look too sad. Then Hyun-woo puts his jacket on Hye-in's shoulders. As he says the line, a car passes by. He waits for a while and resumes filming. I'll become an angel and come for you," said Hye-in. Hyun-woo comes running to tell her the happy news that he has found the padlock he put on the padlock on their honeymoon. Synopsis
The fifth episode of "Queen of Tears" (rating 11.0%) showed Eun Sung (Park Sung-hoon) trying to insidiously attack Hyun-woo (Kim Soo-hyun).

　Upon returning from Yeondu-ri, Hae-in (Kim Ji-won) and Hyun-woo were greeted by Eun-sung. To a disbelieving Hyun-woo, Eun-sung said, "I was invited by Hae-in's mother; she felt bad about eating hotel food alone. I thought I could use my time a little more efficiently if I stayed here." Eun-sung explained, "Are you uncomfortable with me being here?" I asked. He turned away and said, "Then I don't have anything to say to you.

　When Eun-sung was informed through Grace (Kim Joo-ryong) that Hye-in and Hyun-woo's relationship was not so good, Eun-sung replied, "I have to get rid of him as soon as possible," at the mention that Hyun-woo might get in the way of her plans. Eun-sung told Hae-in, "Husbands usually feel uncomfortable when their wives spend time with friends of the opposite sex. But when I asked Hyun-woo if he was uncomfortable with me being here, he said he had nothing to do with it..." She then took action to keep Hyun-woo away from Hye-in.

　At the same time, Hyun-woo asked, "What is your mother-in-law thinking?
