”Hidden camera” in women's restroom in shopping district... the culprit is ”elementary school student” = Korea

An elementary school student was arrested by police for taking illegal photos in a women's restroom in a shopping mall in South Korea. The Daejeon National Police Agency announced on the 1st that it has issued a "Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Violence Crimes (Camera)."
"We are investigating a teenager from an elementary school in the Daejeon area on suspicion of multiple offenses, including filming using cameras and other devices, and trespassing in a public place for sexual purposes."
On the afternoon of the 25th of last month, the student entered a women's restroom in a building in a shopping district in Oda City and filmed the inside of the restroom with a hidden camera.
The victim, who noticed the student filming, reportedly apprehended him and called the police. The police, who realized that the student had committed additional crimes in addition to the illegal filming charges,
The phone has been seized and a digital forensic examination has been requested, while the details of the crime are also being investigated.
