Nexon's new game ”THE FIRST DESCENDANT” is doing well, topping sales in Asia, Europe and the US (Korea)

"DESCENDANT" is selling well. It is available on the US game streaming platform "Steam".
In Asia, it ranked first in China, Hong Kong, Japan, Singapore and Taiwan, and in Europe and the United States, France, Germany and Belgium.
The maximum number of simultaneous connections was 229,000 in less than a day after the service started.
This is the fifth place, making it the only shooting game in the top five. This is a figure within "Steam", and it is not based on the Nexon site or on other consumer sites such as "PlayStation".
If users connected via the consumer game platform are included, the number of concurrent users per day is close to 500,000. From the early stages of game development, the company has focused on games that are more popular overseas than in Korea.
The game's producer, Lee Bom-jun, said, "We will be able to do cross-play through Steam on the day the service starts.
However, the game has yet to gain much popularity in South Korea, where its rival Krafton's "Battleground" is at the top.
