China's first-half fixed asset investment up 3.9% year-on-year to 24.5391 trillion - Chinese report

On the 15th, the National Bureau of Statistics of China announced that the nation's fixed asset investment (excluding farms) for the first half of this year increased 3.9% year-on-year to 24.5391 trillion yen (about 536 trillion yen).
Fixed asset investment increased by 0.1% year-on-year to 12.7278 trillion yen (approximately 278 trillion yen). By sector, primary industry investment increased 3.1% year-on-year to 454 billion yen (approximately 10 trillion yen), and secondary industry investment increased 2.2% year-on-year to 1.27 trillion yen (approximately 1.2 trillion yen).
Industrial investment increased 12.6% year-on-year to 8.2297 trillion yen (approximately 180 trillion yen), while tertiary industry investment decreased 0.2% year-on-year to 15.8554 trillion yen (approximately 347 trillion yen).
Within the secondary industry, industrial investment increased by 12.6% year-on-year, of which mining investment increased by 17.0% and manufacturing investment increased by 9.5%.
Investment in the tertiary industry, including basic capital investment (excluding the production and supply of electricity, energy, gas, and water), increased by 24.2%.

Fixed asset investment (excluding farms) increased 0.21% in June from the previous month.
