According to China's business information platform Qichaca, 51,000 new private lodging-related businesses were registered in China in the first half of this year, up 24.6% from the same period last year.
The number of registered private lodging companies is expected to reach a record high in the future. There are currently 287,000 registered and operating private lodging companies nationwide. By region, Zhejiang

The top 10 include Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture in Hubei Province, Kanze Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture in Sichuan Province, Ili Kazakh Autonomous Prefecture in the Xinjiang Uyghur Autonomous Region, and Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture in Yunnan Province.
Of these, Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture has the largest number of registered and operating private lodging-related businesses, with 10,700.
