ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin has filed a lawsuit against five of HYBE's executives, but HYBE has stated that they are "innocent."
On the 24th, CEO Min Hee Jin announced that HYBE CEO Park Ji Won, Chairman of the Audit Committee Lim Soo Hyeon,
Chief legal officer Jeong Jin-soo, chief financial officer Lee Kyung-jun, and chief communications officer Park Tae-hee were charged with obstruction of business, detection of electronic records, and promotion of information and communication network use.
It was also revealed that the company filed a lawsuit on suspicion of violating the Act on Information Protection, etc. (including infringement of information and communications networks) and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. (defamation).
ADOR alleges that the defendants forcibly obtained ADOR's business notebook PC, and then conducted forensic investigation into the contents of private messaging conversations, which they then illegally obtained, edited, and distorted.

The email was forwarded to our company and remained on our server. The external recipient of the email was identified as a high-ranking official of our partner company, Company B.
