The first hearing of the damages lawsuit filed by HYBE's label BELIFT LAB and SOURCE MUSIC against Min Hee Jin, former CEO of ADOR, was held.
On the 10th, the 12th Civil Division of the Seoul Western District Court announced that BELIFT LAB and SOURCE MUSIC filed a lawsuit against Min Hee Jin, former CEO of ADOR, over plagiarism and defamation.

He has previously accused SOURCE MUSIC of copying his launch strategy, claiming that ADOR was trying to take over management rights.
This story came up during the course of the dispute. BELIFT LAB has denied the allegations and filed a lawsuit against Min for obstruction of business and defamation.

He filed a countersuit against LAB CEO Kim Tae-ho and the company's executive team.
In July of last year, MUSIC filed a lawsuit against former CEO Min seeking 500 million won in damages and began legal action.
Min resigned from his position as an internal director of ADOR and left HYBE in November last year.
The members of "ns" held an emergency press conference and announced that they were terminating their exclusive contract with ADOR, and are currently continuing their own activities. ADOR has responded by filing a lawsuit to confirm the validity of the exclusive contract.
