HYBE has announced that Chairman Bang Si Hyuk has purchased a luxury mansion in Los Angeles, USA through his personal real estate corporation.
According to the Financial Supervisory Service's electronic disclosure system on the 29th, Chairman Bang announced the status of HYBE, a large-scale business group, through a disclosure.
The company was listed as a real estate company located in the United States. Chairman Pan held a 10% stake in the company.
HYBE said, "Due to the designation of the large business group as a target for disclosure, the relevant corporation is now required to disclose information. In practice, there was simply an oversight, and we made the correction.
Last year, American real estate media outlet Dirt reported that Chairman Pan was buying Stradella in Bel Air, a high-end residential area in Los Angeles.
It was reported that he purchased the luxury mansion located on the 14th Avenue for $26.4 million (approximately 36.5 billion won, or 3.65 billion yen).
Chairman Bang purchased the mansion under the name of the real estate corporation and is using it to produce music and run a local music network.
The mansion was acquired with the aim of expanding the company's network.
