China Logistics and Purchasing Federation's ”large-volume commodity price index” falls slightly from previous month - Chinese media

On the 5th, the China Logistics and Purchasing Federation released the July bulk commodity price index. The price index fell slightly from the previous month due to the off-season for production and seasonal weather, but the average price for the first half of the year was 1.2 times higher than the previous month.
In July, China's bulk commodity price index fell 2% from the previous month to 114.5. Compared to the previous year, it was the third consecutive month of increase.
Of the 50 items that the Japan Logistics Purchasing Association focused on monitoring, the prices of 15 items increased from the previous month.
The agricultural product price index halted a 10-month consecutive downward trend, with prices of grains, apples and palm oil rising in July.
