China's Shenzhen city's service trade imports and exports to exceed $130 billion in 2023: Chinese report

In Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China, total service trade exports and imports in 2023 exceeded 130 billion dollars (about 19 trillion yen), hitting a record high.
According to recently released data, the city's total service trade imports and exports in 2023 will grow 1.2% year-on-year.
The execution value of service sector outsourcing contracts reached $10.88 billion, an increase of 20%.
Of this amount, offshore outsourcing was worth 7.43 billion dollars (approximately 1.1 trillion yen).

By the end of 2023, there are nearly 2,000 service outsourcing companies in the city, employing more than 850,000 people. Of these, 100,000 are offshore outsourcing companies.
There were 110 companies with a singular execution amount exceeding $10 million (approximately 1.47 billion yen), and 23 companies with a singular execution amount exceeding $50 million (approximately 7.35 billion yen).
