Korean tourist in his 20s dies in Okinawa...presumed to have drowned = Korean report

A was found dead and the cause of death was presumed to be drowning. A had been on a snorkeling tour with two friends and was wearing a life jacket after the tour.
After the tour ended, when the meeting time came and A hadn't been seen, his friend thought it was strange and went to the beach to check on him. He found A lying face down in the water.
The Okinawa Nago Coast Guard is investigating the circumstances of the accident, and has issued a statement saying, "When participating in marine leisure activities, people should always wear life jackets and make sure that as many people as possible check each other's safety."
