An exclusive report has revealed security camera footage of Suga running down the sidewalk while drunk. On the 6th, at around 11:10 pm, Suga was seen running down a street in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul.
The security camera captured Suga gliding north from the sidewalk on the electric scooter. The security camera footage showed Suga riding the electric scooter on the sidewalk, hitting a curb and falling.
Riot police officers found Suga and requested backup from a nearby police station. Within 10 minutes, a police vehicle had arrived and a sobriety test was conducted on the scene.
Suga was completely drunk with a blood alcohol content of 0.227%, well above the 0.08% limit for license revocation.
If the alcohol concentration exceeds 0.2%, the penalties are increased, and if found guilty, the sentence increases to two to five years in prison or a fine of 20 million won (approximately 2 million yen).
When Suga was found by the police, he reportedly stated that he had drunk one beer and had been driving for a short while. The police said Suga was in a drunken state during the investigation.
He was not able to take the test properly and was sent home after only taking a breathalyzer test. The electric scooter that Suga was riding was not seized.
The police have confirmed SUGA's final travel distance and route and have confirmed a schedule with SUGA's side to summon him for investigation.
