Seoul Robot and Artificial Intelligence Science Museum opens, exhibiting works that combine art and technology (South Korea)
Seoul City opened the Seoul Robot and Artificial Intelligence Museum (SeoulRAIM) in Dobong-gu on the 20th. Construction of SeoulRAIM began in May 2021 and the building area is 143,000 m2.
The museum will have a floor space of 129 square meters, a total floor area of 7,308 square meters, two basement floors and four above ground floors. It will offer a sensory experience of science-related exhibits that combine cutting-edge science and technology with art.

The exhibits were created by the Korean media art group Team Void and Professor Na Sang Ho of the Department of Design at Hangyeong University.
Eleven companies, including Volkswagen, HD Hyundai Robotics, and KT, as well as universities, are participating in the event, showcasing the latest robots and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, including autonomous vehicles and bipedal robots.
Viewing of SeoulRAIM will be done in the form of a guided tour. The duration of each program is 60 minutes for the permanent exhibition and 40 minutes for the special exhibition. All programs are by reservation only.
