Suga of the group "BTS" was suspected of drunk driving and completed his first police investigation after 17 days. Suga was indicted on charges of driving an electric scooter while drunk.

However, Suga returned home without making a comment about public opinion surrounding his departure.
Prior to this, SUGA was arrested on suspicion of collapsing while riding an electric scooter on the street in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu at around 11:27 pm on the 6th.
Suga was charged with drunk driving under the Road Traffic Act. At the time, Suga's blood alcohol level was 0.227%, which was about three times the standard for license revocation (0.08%).
Meanwhile, according to the Road Traffic Act, if your blood alcohol level is 0.2% or above, you can be imprisoned for up to 5 years or receive a maximum fine of 20 million won (approximately 2 million yen).
