ADOR CEO Min Hee Jin's side protests, ”Dismissal was not discussed... a major violation of the shareholders' agreement”

Min Hee Jin, producer of the group NewJeans, stepped down from his position as ADOR's CEO. Min Hee Jin's side stated, "There have been no discussions about this.
Min Hee Jin's side responded, "On Saturday the 24th, we were suddenly notified that a board meeting would be held on the 27th regarding the change in the CEO. We participated in the meeting by wire on the 27th.
"The company unilaterally passed a resolution to dismiss the representative director, regardless of the wishes of CEO Min Hee Jin. This is a serious violation of the shareholders' agreement," the company said in a statement.
The company continued, "Although Min Hee Jin has announced that he will continue to produce New Jeans,
"There was no discussion with CEO Heejin, and it was a unilateral notice from the company," the company said. "We are carefully considering this decision, and nothing has been decided yet (regarding her future course of action)."
Prior to this, ADOR announced through an official statement, "We held a board meeting on the 27th and appointed ADOR's internal director Kim Juyeon as the new representative director."
ADOR added, "As a human resources management (HR) expert with experience in a variety of industries, Kim Juyeon will be in charge of stabilizing ADOR's organization and improving its internal structure."
ADOR added that Min Hee Jin will continue to be in charge of producing "New Jeans."
ADOR said, "Due to the change in the CEO, ADOR's internal organization has also decided to separate production and management duties."
"The multi-label operation principle has been consistently applied to all other labels, but ADOR has been an exception, with the CEO overseeing both production and management.
With this organizational restructuring underway, ADOR plans to continue to provide support to NewJeans for its growth and greater success."
