Jung HaeIn bought a 230 sqm apartment for 4.4 billion won...increased by about 295 million yen

Actor Jung HaeIn has made billions of won in market price gains from real estate investments. According to News 1 on the 8th, Jung HaeIn moved to Gangnam, Seoul in September 2018.
He purchased one Hyosung (Secret) villa in Cheongdam-dong, Seoul-gu, for 4.4 billion won (currently worth about 463.77 million yen) under his personal name. The villa in question is a maisonette type.
The first floor is 212.80 square meters, the second floor is 27.85 square meters, and the total private area is 72.8 pyeong. Hyosung Villa is located within a 3-minute walk from Cheongdam Station on Line 7. It is a dilapidated residence that was completed 40 years ago.
Although it is a house, the household purchased by Jung HaeIn has a land area of 231.48 pyeong and is said to be for sale with considerable investment value.
The 17,000-pyeong Cheongdam Park is right next to the house, making it a very comfortable place to live.
Kim Kyung-hyun, an agent at Bill Road Real Estate Agency, said, "If you look at the registration, it appears that the remaining amount was paid on the same day as the contract was signed." He added, "The private area is about 230 sq. meters, so it is a private residence."
Looking at the recent market, a 230-sqm plot of land for Hyosung Villa was sold for 7 billion won (approximately 737.8 million yen) in February 2022.
The sales price of the rebuilt "Upper House Cheongdam II" is also estimated to be more than 8.3 billion won (approximately 874.8 million yen) based on a private 82.7 pyeong standard.
Agent Kim Kyung-hyun said, "Jung HaeIn's villa is also priced at 100 million won per pyeong.
"We estimate that the market profit over six years will be at least 2.8 billion won (approximately 295 million yen)," the report said.
Actor Jung HaeIn is starring in the tvN weekend TV series "Mr. Perfect Next Door" and the film "Veteran 2," which will be released on the 13th.
