Russia: ”Waiting for a signal from South Korea to normalize relations”... ”We should step up measures to improve relations”

Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Andrei Rudenko said on the 17th (local time) that "we are waiting for a signal from the South Korean side" regarding the normalization of South Korea-Russia relations.
