North Korea releases trash balloons again...possibility of moving to Seoul/northern Gyeonggi region = South Korea

On the 18th, the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff announced that North Korea was again sending what they believed to be garbage balloons at South Korea. The Joint Chiefs of Staff said, "Depending on the change in wind direction, the garbage balloons (presumed) could fly into the area."
"It is possible that the balloons may move toward the Yonggi-do (northern Gyeonggi Province) and Seoul areas," it said. "The public should be careful of falling cargo, and if they find any fallen balloons, they should not approach them and should report them to the nearest military unit or police."
Meanwhile, North Korea has launched balloons filled with filth and garbage into South Korea a total of 21 times since May 28.
