BTS' JIMIN selected as ”Music Platinum Player” by The Hollywood Reporter

Jimin of BTS was named "Music Platinum Player," an award given to musicians around the world, showcasing his global popularity.
JIMIN was featured in the recently published "Music Platinum Players: From Beyonce to Chapel Lawn, Culture is Burning Up" by the American media outlet The Hollywood Reporter.
She was named to the "25 Stars of the Year" alongside other big-name pop stars such as Beyonce, Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny and Sabrina Carpenter.
The media outlet said about JIMIN, "Currently, he is on hiatus due to fulfilling his military service obligation, but the album 'MUSE' that he released during his military service was a mainstay on the Billboard charts.
"The album reached No. 2 on the 200 chart, which is one of the charts," he said, adding, "Along with his first solo album 'FACE' released last year, he has two albums that have reached No. 2 on the same chart."
"MUSE's title song "Who" debuted at 14th place on the Billboard main song chart, the Hot 100.
He added that the reason for the selection was that the song also ranked first in the Global 200 and Global (excluding the U.S.) charts, which compile streaming and sales figures for over 200 countries and regions around the world.
