Driver in his 50s arrested for drunk driving hit-and-run... Victim severely injured = Busan, South Korea

A driver in his 50s was drunk driving and crashed into a motorcycle, then fled the scene, but was caught by police. According to the Busan Metropolitan Police Agency, the incident occurred at around 11:17 pm on the 28th in Haeundae-gu, Busan.
On a road in Songjeong-dong, the car driven by suspect A collided with a motorcycle that was waiting at a traffic light. A woman in her 20s who was driving the motorcycle was seriously injured in the accident.
Immediately after the accident, suspect A did not take any measures at the scene and instead drove off for about one kilometer, but was arrested red-handed by police officers who responded to a report.
At the time, it was discovered that Suspect A's blood alcohol content was at a level that would result in the license being revoked. The police are currently investigating the exact circumstances surrounding Suspect A, and are investigating his drunk driving and failure to take action after the accident.
He is expected to be taken into custody on suspicion of the offences.
