Two security guards who caused controversy by providing excessive security to actor Byeon WooSeok have been referred to prosecutors on charges of violating the Security Business Act.

The CEO and employees of the private security company that caused controversy by providing excessive security to actor Byeon WooSeok have been sent to the prosecution without arrest.
The company said that the security company's representative, Mr. A, and security guard, Mr. B, were sent to the prosecution without detention on suspicion of violating the Security Business Act.
Byeon WooSeok arrived in Hong Kong via Cheung Cheong International Airport. At the time, Byeon WooSeok had just finished airing the tvNTV series "Seongje: Run with Your Back" and was extremely popular, attracting many fans.

The mayor promised to prevent a recurrence, and the police began an investigation into the excessive security provided by the security company. In the end, the police found that the act of flashing cameras at other passengers and checking their airline tickets violated the Security Business Act.
The court found that there was evidence of illegality, and handed the representative of the security company and two security guards over to the prosecution.
