The funeral will be held at Seoul St. Mary's Hospital. The burial site will be the Owner Stone in Yongin Park, Gyeonggi-do. The deceased suffered cardiac arrest on the 25th and was admitted to Seoul St. Mary's Hospital in Seocho-gu.
She was taken to hospital, but was eventually pronounced dead. Her family stated that the cause of death was hyperglycemic shock. The family said, "We will remember Kim Su Mi, who always remained close to our viewers with her love and passion for acting.
