"The abuse was extremely persistent and repetitive, targeting many young female employees," he said. "Most of the victims were given performance evaluations by Mr. A, who decided whether or not they would be allowed to renew their contracts.
"He repeatedly engaged in verbal and physical actions that generally corresponded to typical cases of sexual harassment in the workplace."
