Min Hee Jin fails to return as CEO of ADOR, HYBE says ”Court makes wise decision”

Min Hee Jin, the general producer of the group NewJeans and former CEO of ADOR, filed a petition for provisional injunction to be reappointed as CEO, but the petition was not accepted.
A HYBE representative told Edaily on the 29th, "We are grateful for the court's wise decision," and added, "HYBE will use this decision as an opportunity to normalize ADOR,
"We will do our best to improve our multi-label operations and support our artists' activities," the company said. A representative from Min Hee Jin's side said, "We are currently checking into this."
On the same day, the Seoul Central District Court, Civil Division 50 (Chief Judge Kim Sang-hoon) announced that Min Hee Jin, former CEO of ADOR, filed a lawsuit against HYBE seeking re-election as an inside director of ADOR.
The court dismissed the application for provisional measures. Dismissal means ending a trial without a hearing on the merits of a lawsuit when the lawsuit does not meet the requirements for a claim.
Prior to this, Min had called for ADOR's extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and re-elected internal directors on the 13th of last month.
ADOR held an extraordinary shareholders' meeting on the 17th and passed a resolution to re-appoint Min as an internal director. Min's new term as an internal director is as follows:
