[Official] ADOR: ”We are disappointed with Min Hee Jin's unilateral resignation” and ”We will do our best to support NewJeans”

ADOR has promised to do its best to support NewJeans. On the 20th, ADOR announced, "We would like to announce ADOR's position regarding Director Min Hee Jin's resignation.

On the same day, Min Hee Jin, former CEO of ADOR, resigned from his position as an inside director. Min Hee Jin stated, "I have terminated the shareholder agreement that I signed with HYBE and have filed suit against HYBE for violations of the shareholder agreement.
We are seeking to hold them legally responsible for this," and have taken steps such as unfollowing the official social media accounts of ADOR and NewJeans.
In response to this, attention was focused on the future of NewJeans. Recently, NewJeans sent a certified letter to ADOR.
ADOR is in the position of supporting NewJeans to the best of its ability. Meanwhile, Min Hee Jin recently filed a put option for ADOR shares.
The company has notified HYBE that it will exercise its right of appeal.
