The last Crown Prince's Tokyo residence sold for over 400 billion yen = South Korea

The mansion in Akasaka, Tokyo, where Prince and Princess Yeong, the last crown prince of the 500-year-old Yi Dynasty of the Korean Empire, lived for more than 20 years, has been put up for sale.
The Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported that Seibu Holdings is building a complex that includes the residence of the British Prince.
On the 20th, it was reported that the company has decided to give the world's largest private equity investment firm, Blackstone, a US company, preferential negotiation rights for the sale of "Tokyo Garden Terrace Kioicho."
The facilities include the Tokyo Metropolitan Tangible Cultural Property "Former Yi Royal Family Tokyo Residence," the 36-story "Kioi Tower" which houses offices and a hotel, and the 21-story "Kioi Residence."
" The sale price is estimated to exceed 400 billion yen. The former Yi royal residence is where Prince and Princess Yi lived for more than 20 years from March 1930. Seibu has purchased the building.
It was originally used as a hotel. After some maintenance work, it has since been used as a restaurant and banquet hall. It is now called the "Asasaki Prince Classic House."
