The Nihon Keizai Shimbun reported that Seibu Holdings is building a complex that includes the residence of the British Prince.

The facilities include the Tokyo Metropolitan Tangible Cultural Property "Former Yi Royal Family Tokyo Residence," the 36-story "Kioi Tower" which houses offices and a hotel, and the 21-story "Kioi Residence."
" The sale price is estimated to exceed 400 billion yen. The former Yi royal residence is where Prince and Princess Yi lived for more than 20 years from March 1930. Seibu has purchased the building.
It was originally used as a hotel. After some maintenance work, it has since been used as a restaurant and banquet hall. It is now called the "Asasaki Prince Classic House."
