Russia: Trump administration's decision to cut off arms support to Ukraine is a death sentence

Russia claimed that a cut in arms support from the incoming US administration of Donald Trump would be a death sentence for Ukraine.
According to Reuters on the 27th (local time), Russian Deputy UN Ambassador Polyansky announced on the same day that
"The Joe Biden administration is stepping up its support for Ukraine, seeking to create chaos for Russia and the next U.S. administration," he said at the United Nations Security Council.
He went on to claim that "Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky fears a return of Trump."
