"They may not be on the front line, but they are still aggressors and opponents of Ukraine's aggression," Chernyak said.
Prior to this, Ukrainian Armed Forces Chief of Staff Barilevich said, "More than 11,000 North Korean troops are stationed in Kursk, Russia, and some of them
engaged in combat with Ukrainian forces."
