Prime Minister Han made this remark while presiding over a closed-door meeting of State Councilors at the Government Seoul Building that day.

At the meeting, the State Councilors shared their views on the recent state of affairs and discussed ways to resolve pending issues in various fields, including foreign policy, security, the economy, and society.
The Cabinet also decided to make every effort to ensure that the budget bill and its accompanying bills submitted by the government are passed by the Diet as soon as possible.
Meanwhile, the Prime Minister's Office is preparing to appoint Prime Minister Han to key vacant posts.
He said the allegation that he had requested personal information held by the National Intelligence Service from Hwang Won-jin, second vice director of the NIS, was "completely untrue."
The Prime Minister's Office explained, "Prime Minister Han has never requested personnel information for the appointment of public officials from anyone, including the second vice director of the NIS."
