With his sentence finalized, Cho lost his "legislative position." This means that he will serve two years in prison, and will lose the right to run for office for the next five years, and will also be barred from running in the next presidential election.
He will also not be able to participate in the vote on the impeachment motion against President Yoon Seok-yeol on the 14th.
