Approximately 25 billion won (approximately 2.67 billion yen) was invested in the project, from purchasing the land to building a new warehouse dedicated to chemicals.
The specialized logistics market in Korea has been dominated by a small number of specialized companies and foreign companies.
Despite handling chemical substances such as chlorine, these facilities were aging and many were unlicensed. This created an increasing need for a highly safe logistics center.
Dongwon Roex operates logistics warehouses in major locations such as Busan and Ulsan, as well as the Smart Chemical Logistics Center.
The aim is to improve Korea's specialized logistics market in terms of quality and quantity.
