"The fact that the Democratic Party of Korea is impeaching today means that it is a threat to President Han Deok-soo," Acting President Kwon said at the 'Democratic Party of Korea's Impeachment Threat Condemnation Rally' held at the National Assembly that afternoon.
"I am not impeaching the Acting Prime Minister, I am impeaching the government, I am impeaching the people's livelihood, I am impeaching diplomacy, and I am impeaching the Republic of Korea," he said.
Earlier that afternoon, the National Assembly held a plenary session and reported the 'Proposal to impeach Prime Minister Han Deok-soo.' Impeachment
All 170 Democratic Party lawmakers signed onto the impeachment motion, and the party plans to vote on the impeachment motion against Acting President Han at a plenary session on the 27th.

"The Minister of Justice has also been impeached, as has the Seoul Central District Prosecutor's Office. This runaway impeachment tsunami by the Democratic Party of Korea has now gone beyond paralyzing national politics and is turning national politics into a wasteland," he said.
He added, "The Democratic Party of Korea has now started by impeaching acting president Han, and is threatening the next acting president, including the deputy prime minister for economy and social affairs, and is not willing to listen to their threats.

Acting President Kwon said, "We will use all means and methods to create a political situation for early presidential elections and use the election to cover up the judicial risk of Representative Lee Jae-myung.
