China's agriculture and related industries to add 19.8534 trillion yen in value by 2023 - Chinese report

According to the results of the 5th National Economic Census recently released by the National Bureau of Statistics of China, the added value of the national agriculture and related industries in 2023 is expected to reach 19.8534 trillion yen (about 428 trillion yen).
It accounted for 15.34% of the gross domestic product (GDP). By industry, the primary industry accounted for 44.9% of the total agriculture and related industries, the secondary industry 27.0%, and the tertiary industry 28.
The primary industry has the largest added value and the highest ratio. In terms of the types of agriculture and related industries, the scale of added value is agriculture, forestry, livestock and fisheries, processing and manufacturing of edible agricultural and livestock products, agriculture and forestry
Fishing and livestock farming and distribution services for related products rounded out the top three, accounting for 47.3%, 19.2%, and 15.6% of the total industry, respectively.
