Delivery man arrested for ”ringing the bell and taking off his trousers” - South Korea

In Ansan, Gyeonggi-do, South Korea, a man in his 40s was arrested by police for taking off his pants and other strange behavior while delivering food and drinks. The man was found to have been using illegal drugs.
According to authorities on the 5th, the Ansan Danwon Police Station arrested suspect A on the previous day on suspicion of violating the Narcotics Control Law,
The case has been referred to the prosecutor's office. A is suspected of engaging in suspicious behavior, including repeatedly ringing the delivery doorbell and removing his trousers, while delivering food and drinks while in a state of hallucination on the 26th of last month.
Police, who responded to the scene in response to a resident's report, caught A at around 1:30 a.m. Suspect A tested positive for illegal drugs.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that A had used methamphetamine in the afternoon of the previous day. The police searched A's house and seized 0.6 grams of methamphetamine. After receiving a statement admitting to the charges, A was arrested and presented to the prosecution.
